Police are searching for the thief who they say robbed a bank in Lindenhurst.
The incident happened at the Capital One bank on South Wellwood Avenue Saturday afternoon.
Police say the man walked into the bank, handed the teller a note demanding cash, and then ran off with the money.
They say no employees or customers were injured.
