Real estate mogul accused in fatal Sag Harbor DWI
A Sag Harbor man is being held on $500,000 bail and accused of driving drunk, killing his passenger and taking off.
New York City real estate mogul Sean Ludwick was arraigned today.
Cops say Ludwick was drunk when he crashed his Porsche into a utility pole around 2 a.m. Sunday on Rolling Hill Court East and Highview Drive in Sag Harbor.
Ludwick's passenger, Paul Hanson, 53, died.
Ludwick is also charged with leaving the scene of a fatal accident.
