Wal-Mart opens holiday shopping layaway program
Christmas has come early at retail giant Wal-Mart.
The store launched its holiday shopping layaway today.
News 12 Long Island's Shari Einhorn caught up with shoppers in Westbury who had mixed views on the program launch.
Wal-Mart says customers will have more time to pay for their holiday shopping spree. Instead of the 60 days they were given last year, this year they will have 90 days.
