Researchers say global warming is being blamed for a tough lobster season on Long Island.
According to the report, warmer waters have the crustaceans moving up north toward Maine, where lobstermen there are cashing in.
The president of the Long Island Sound Lobstermen Association tells News 12 most guys are moving on to catch other shellfish because the picking is slim.
