A teen was shot and injured yesterday not far from West Babylon Junior High School.
Police say the incident happened just before 5:30 p.m. on Lamberta Court.
According to police, a group of about 20 people had gathered and someone pulled out a gun.
A 19-year-old was shot in the leg and hand and was treated for his injuries.
So far no arrests have been made.
