Police say a man is in critical condition after a car crashed into a fence in Bay Shore.
According to police, James Kennedy, of West Babylon, was on Montauk Highway around 12:30 a.m. when the incident occurred.
The 24-year-old lost control of his car at Gardiner Drive, crashed into the fence and was thrown from his vehicle.
Kennedy was rushed to the hospital in critical condition.
