A driver was killed in a single-vehicle accident in Brookhaven.
Police say the man was headed southbound at Horseblock Road and Montauk Highway Sunday morning when his SUV slammed into a tree.
The victim's name hasn't been released.
His vehicle has been impounded as part of an investigation. Witnesses or anyone with information about the crash is asked to call 631-854-8552.
