3 rescued after boat capsizes on South Shore

Three people were rescued by the Coast Guard after their boat flipped over on the South Shore Wednesday.

The boat capsized two miles south of Shinnecock Inlet around 3:30 p.m.

The boat owner says the engine wouldn't start, and a large wave flipped them over.

All of the boaters were wearing life vests, and no one was injured.
