Police are looking for a serial burglar who stole money from about a dozen vending machines across Nassau County.

Detectives say the thief is stealing from vending machines inside of schools and parks in several communities, including Garden City, East Meadow, Hicksville, Freeport, Baldwin and Rockville Centre.

Earlier this week, police say he used a crowbar to break into a Garden City school and steal money from three vending machines.

The suspect even stole from a vending machine at Centennial Park in Rockville Centre, which is behind the Rockville Centre Auxiliary Police. The incident was captured on surveillance camera, which is located above the machine.
