Beheaded goats found dumped in Riverhead

The Suffolk SPCA says the bodies of three beheaded goats were found in Riverhead.

The agency says the animals' bodies were found on the Otis Pike Preserve. According to Newsday, they may have been there for a month due to the state of decomposition.

Officials say the beheadings may be tied to ritualistic killings.

Anyone with information can call the SPCA at 631-382-7722.

There is a $1,000 reward for any information leading to an arrest.
