Police have arrested the trespasser who caused a scare at a Floral Park school last week.
Frank Fellini, of Brentwood, is charged with trespassing at Our Lady of Victory School.
Fellini was caught on surveillance video walking into the building last Monday.
Teachers say Fellini left during a fire drill.
Fellini was arrested yesterday in Floral Park, but police have not said how they were able to track him down.
Fellini is being charged with criminal trespass and was released on a desk appearance ticket. He is expected back in court on June 30.
