2 arrested in pair of Coram gas station holdups
Two men are accused of committing a pair of gas station holdups in Coram.
Police say Tony Taddino tried to hold up a Sunoco station on Route 112 on Saturday, while Michael Iovino waited in a getaway car. News 12 is told that a station clerk was able to scare Taddino away.
Taddino also allegedly robbed the Mobil station on Middle Country Road about 15 minutes later. The duo was arrested nearby.
Police say they found cash and a BB gun on the men.
