Man accused in pharmacy holdup to face judge
A man accused of holding up a Port Jefferson Station drug store for three bottles of OxyContin will face a judge today.
Police say Ryan Frische went into the Rite Aid at Jefferson Plaza around 10:30 a.m. yesterday.
According to police, Frische bought hypodermic needles, but then demanded OxyContin pills and cash.
The East Northport man allegedly ran off, but was captured a short time later and charged with robbery.
