Police: Isles fan gets 5-finger discount on game-used glove

Nassau County police say one Isles fan celebrated the last Nassau Coliseum win with a bit of game-glove larceny.

According to police, the fan swiped a glove off the home team's bench following the Islanders' playoff game victory against the Capitals at the Coliseum on April 25.

Investigators provided a picture of the accused man using the glove to cradle a beer after the win.

Police are asking anyone with information on the man's identity to call 1-800-244-TIPS.
