Rangers, Lightning meet at MSG for Game 2

The New York Rangers are hoping to take a commanding lead in the Eastern Conference Final tonight at Madison Square Garden.

The Blueshirts won Game 1 after getting a bounce at the end of the third period. Rookie Kevin Hayes banked a puck off Dominic Moore's leg in the closing minutes of the game to give the Rangers a 2-1 lead.

It was Lightning goalie Ben Bishop's first career loss to the Rangers after posting an 8-0 record in regular season games.

Game 2 begins at 8 p.m.
