100 names added to 9/11 wall in Nesconset

Hundreds of people stood in the rain Saturday to remember and honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice on Sept. 11.

One-hundred names were added to the memorial wall at Responders Remembered Park in Nesconset.

The names belong to those who passed away from cancer-related illnesses caused by the terror attacks.

Since the memorial was first unveiled in 2011, more than 500 names have been added.
