Police have identified person they say stole thousands of dollars from a dying cancer victim and scammed seven others.
State police say Erin O'Hanlon, of Connecticut, withdrew over $9,000 from dying fashion executive Kate Sullivan.
Last week, News 12 revealed surveillance pictures of a thief withdrawing Sullivan's money from Chase banks in Freeport and Commack.
Police tell News 12 the suspect is on the run and is wanted by several police departments for identity theft in our area.
