Closing arguments started today in a Hamptons rape trial.

Former Goldman Sachs executive Jason Lee is accused of raping a 20-year-old Irish tourist in the bathroom of his summer rental two years ago.

Prosecutors say Lee met the woman at a night club while celebrating his birthday.

The victim, who lives in Ireland, returned to the East End to testify.

Lee's defense attorney argues the sex was consensual.
