Month of Green: Save water in the bathroom

Today's Month of Green segment is all about saving water!
Making some simple changes when using the bathroom, can really make a difference for Mother Earth!
When it's time to brush your teeth, you want to turn the faucet off. Do it in the morning and at night, and you can save about eight gallons of water per day.
At bath time, skip the bathtub - that can use as much as 50 gallons of water. Instead take a short shower. A 10-minute shower only uses about 25 gallons of water.
