It was a scary afternoon for Gov. Andrew Cuomo and his family Wednesday after his daughter was rushed to the hospital.

Michaela Kennedy Cuomo, 17, is the youngest of Cuomo's three kids with ex-wife Kerry Kennedy. Bedford police say they responded to a medical emergency at Chestnut Ridge Road in Bedford. She was taken to Westchester Medical Center, where she was treated and released.

Michaela has often been seen with her parents at events and has become an activist in her own right.

The governor's office didn't release any official statement regarding the incident.
