Some Long Island voters will head to the polls today for village elections from Valley Stream to Greenport.
There are three contested races in Suffolk today in Greenport, Old Field and Mastic Beach.
A total of five Nassau County villages have contested races in Great Neck Plaza, Hempstead, Stewart Manor, Freeport and Valley Stream.
