Fire rips through row of stores in Huntington

A row of stores in Huntington Village were damaged by a fire last night, according to officials.

The fire started at a laundromat on New Street around 10 p.m.

Officials say five departments responded, knocking down the fire in a half hour.

A bar, nail salon and a New York Sports Club were damaged.

News 12 Long Island has learned the damage was minimal and no one was hurt.
