Stony Brook University is issuing a campus safety advisory after reports of an on-campus robbery attempt. The school's campus safety says the attempted robbery happened near the student health center

SBU issues safety alert after report of robbery attempt
Stony Brook University is issuing a campus safety advisory after reports of an on-campus robbery attempt.
The school's campus safety says the attempted robbery happened near the student health center parking area.
Campus safety goes on to say that a student was approached by three men. One held the student, while another went through his pockets.
The victim fought back and the suspects left empty handed. The student was not hurt.
