A man accused in a toxic dumping scandal in Brentwood has been arraigned on tax evasion charges.
Christopher Grabe was arraigned today, and is accused of failing to report nearly $500,000 in income to the state.
Grabe is already charged in connection with the toxic dumping scandal at Roberto Clemente Park.
Grabe is one of six people who have been charged in connection with the illegal dumping at various locations.
