Nassau voters have a chance to pick their new lawmaker for the 19th Legislative District today. Former Nassau Legislator David Denenberg resigned after pleading guilty to federal fraud charges.

Nassau voters to elect new legislator for 19th District
Nassau voters have a chance to pick their new lawmaker for the 19th Legislative District today.
Former Nassau Legislator David Denenberg resigned after pleading guilty to federal fraud charges.
The candidates are Democrat Rita Kestenbaum and Republican Steven Rhoads.
The 19th District includes parts of Bellmore, North Bellmore, Freeport, Merrick, North Merrick, Seaford and Wantagh.
