Stony point residents will once again vote on a proposed plan to redevelop 30 acres of the community this November.
The plan would redevelop residential units, an assisted living facility and build a new town recreation center.
On Tuesday, the Stony Point Town Board unanimously approved a memorandum of understanding with Hudson Park Group LLC. The agreement between the two parties will hold until town residents decide if they'll give the project the greenlight in the general election.
Voters turned down a redevelopment project in 2021.
