Stolen seats replaced for Game 4 at the Coliseum

Fans who attend Game 4 at the Nassau Coliseum tonight are asked to refrain from taking a piece of the old barn home with them.

UNIONDALE - Fans who attend Game 4 at the Nassau Coliseum tonight are asked to refrain from taking a piece of the old barn home with them.

Coliseum carpenters tell News 12 Long Island that they spent the morning replacing more than a dozen seat backs and cushions that were recently stolen.

Some fans have been stealing the seats as souvenirs since it is the Islanders' last season at the Coliseum before the move to Brooklyn.

The carpenters say the problem has been going for weeks.
