Smithtown man gets 60 years for producing child porn
A Smithtown man was sentenced to 60 years in prison for producing child porn.
Prosecutors say Joseph Valerio produced the images of a young girl in his basement in 2014.
Valerio was also charged with ordering his ex-girlfriend in Ukraine to send him pornographic photos of her 3-year-old daughter.
