Former CNN anchor Chris Cuomo reportedly was looking for work on Long Island.

Reports say Cuomo applied for a volunteer position with the East Hampton Fire Department before withdrawing his application.

Cuomo was fired from his CNN job in December and lives in Southampton with his wife.

He reportedly did not pursue the opportunity after meeting with police chiefs and learning about the time commitment.
