Rape, child pornography and prostitution are just some of the allegations against former NYPD officer Raul Olmeda.
A pretrial hearing was held on Tuesday to determine what evidence will be presented during trial.
Olmeda, who was fired by the NYPD, is accused of having sex with a then-15-year-old girl between January and April of 2017. According to prosecutors, they also have an audio tape of Olmeda and say he recorded the sex acts.
Prosecutors claim that the former officer paid the alleged victim for sex as well as other women, some also underage, which the defense disputes.
Prosecutors also say they plan to present photos and images from his Dropbox of about 130 women with their names and ages listed.
They say this is as evidence to prove a pattern of behavior.
Olmeda's attorney claims his client is the victim of a scheme for money.
