Police say a man was stabbed Friday night at a home in Bay Shore. 

Officers got a call around 7:15 p.m. about a shooting and stabbing in the area. 

Police say shots were fired in the street outside of a home on Redington Street.

They say no one was injured in the shooting, but a short time later, a man was stabbed inside the home.

The victim was taken to the hospital and is expected to be OK. 

There is no word yet on any arrests.
