Police are on the hunt for a man they say carried out a road rage stabbing in Manorville Thursday.

Authorities responded near Sound Street and Wading River Road Thursday afternoon, right near a Christmas tree farm. They say the victim thought an aggressive driver had hit his vehicle.

When the victim pulled over to check for damage, police say the erratic driver got out, the pair got into a fight, which ended with the man being stabbed in the stomach.

The suspect drove off and is still on the loose as of Thursday evening.
