Police say a man was shot and killed outside a deli last night in Huntington Station.
Officials say 26-year-old Michael Fredericks, of Huntington Station, was shot in the head outside the Los Campos Deli.
A friend of Fredericks drove him to Huntington Hospital where he was pronounced dead, according to police.
Investigators say the new ShotSpotter system did not detect the shooting.
