Police: Motorcyclist killed in Lindenhurst crash

Police say a Copiague man was killed in a motorcycle crash in Lindenhurst on Thursday night.
The incident happened around 9:30 p.m. at the corner of North Wellwood Avenue and Newark Street.
Police say Jose Espinal-Padilla's motorcycle collided with a vehicle that was attempting to make a left turn.
Espinal-Padilla was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital in West Islip where he was pronounced dead.
The other driver was not injured and stayed at the scene. No charges have been filed.
