A man who was reported missing has been found dead inside of his vehicle, according to police.

George Smith, 67, of Roosevelt, was reported missing Saturday. Police had said that he was last seen at NYU Winthrop Hospital, and was believed to be heading to his home in a blue Chrysler 200.

But Nassau police confirmed Sunday that he was found deceased inside of his vehicle.

They say his death is "of an undetermined nature" and an investigation is underway.

It was not immediately clear where the vehicle was located.
