A Roosevelt man is accused of an assault that left another man paralyzed.
Police say Robert Day, 24, of Roosevelt, had an ongoing dispute with a 34-year-old man.
Day allegedly grabbed the man around the neck and threw him to the ground last night.
The victim suffered a spinal cord injury, which paralyzed him from the neck down.
Day has been charged with assault.
