Suffolk County police say a body was found in a vehicle Wednesday on the eastbound shoulder of the Long Island Expressway.

Police say it happened at around 1:15 p.m. near Route 111 in Hauppauge.

Detectives believe the cause of death to be non-criminal in nature.
