A driver experiencing a medical episode struck a bicyclist Tuesday in North Bellport, according to police.
Authorities say the woman was driving on Post Avenue at the time and hit Joseph Vujasin, of Brookhaven, as he was crossing the road on his bike.
The two passengers in the woman’s car were uninjured, while she and the bicyclist had to be hospitalized. Vujasin remains in critical condition.
