Officials say four people are facing a judge on gang assault charges after an attack in East Rockaway.
Police say Brandon and Robert Battaglia, Avante Lester and Kristin Milbank circled two teens in Bay Park on Marjorie Lane in East Rockaway Sunday.
The group is accused of pepper spraying the victims and beating one of the teens with baseball bats.
The victim was treated at the hospital for cuts and a concussion.
Investigators say they are still looking for more suspects.
