Police: 19 suspected members of River Park Towers Young Gunners crew charged with narcotics, violent acts
A total of 19 suspected members of the River Park Towers Young Gunners crew have been charged with narcotics trafficking and other violent acts.
Officials say the group is suspected of dealing both crack cocaine and marijuana, among other drugs.
Three of the men charged, including the man police say is the gang's former leader Tyrone Felder, were already in police custody.
Felder, Jamal Walker, and Tommy Smalls have been indicted in the fatal shooting of two Bronx livery cab drivers earlier this month.
Five of the 19 suspects remain at large.
