Police: 1 killed, 2 injured in shooting near Penn Station
The NYPD is looking for a suspect in connection with a deadly shooting Monday morning near Pennsylvania Station.
Police say three people got into a fight with another man inside a midtown Manhattan McDonald's at around 6 a.m.
They say the shooter waited for one of the men to leave the restaurant, and then opened fire near the subway entrance at 35th Street and Eighth Avenue.
An unidentified 43-year-old man was killed, another man is in critical condition and a third victim is recovering from a gunshot wound to the leg.
