In this week's Paws & Pals, Remember Me Rescue presented three dogs looking for their 'furever' homes.
Kramer is 7 years old and 60 pounds. Kramer was turned into a Brookhaven shelter when his family moved. He misses the love of a family. He has a lot of love to give to everyone he meets. He is affectionate and very playful. Kramer is good with dogs his size but no small animals. He is housebroken. Kramer would love his own yard.
Mickey came to Remember Me Rescue after being at Brookhaven Animal Shelter for over a year. This handsome rotti mix is 7 years old and 80 pounds. He is shy with strangers but bonds with the people he loves and is very devoted. He needs to be an only pet and is best in a low traffic, adult home. He is housebroken, likes his toys, and play time in the yard.
Duke is a beautiful 3-year-old boy. He was at the Hempstead Animal Shelter for over two years before coming to Remember Me Rescue. He is smart, active, playful and loving. He is extremely well trained and well mannered. He does need to find pit savvy home, with rescue dog experience, and a family willing to work with a trainer for a perfect transition. Duke is housebroken, crated trained, good with dogs and respectful of cats. He would do best with kids 16 and over and in a home with a fenced-in yard.
