Parents accused of letting kids run drug den
A Flanders couple, their son and his friend are facing charges Wednesday after police say the parents let the teens turn their home into a drug den.
Police say they found more than half a dozen teenagers and drugs like marijuana, pain killers, cocaine, ecstasy and heroin inside the Longneck Boulevard home. They say tips from neighbors spurred an investigation months ago, but they only got a warrant Tuesday.
Jen Truskoski and her husband Joseph Mastelli are charged with unlawfully dealing with a child and endangering the welfare of a child. Truskoski?s 17-year-old son Michael White is accused of dealing drugs and another teen, 18-year-old Joseph Trent, of Riverhead, is also facing drug charges.
