Some old-time Islanders players are all abuzz feeling this is the year after the Isles took Game 1 of the Stanley Cup semifinals against the defending champs.

For the second postseason in a row, the Islanders are making some noise -- and making some believers.

"They have a chance, they do," says Pierre Turgeon. "They're fun to watch."

The last time the Islanders caught the NHL's attention was way back in '93.

Matt Moulson never reached a conference final but knows a great team, a great architect when he sees one.

"Winning is expectation how Lou runs his team," says Moulson. "Ownership put great trust in him and he's not let them down.
