Officials say four people have been displaced following a fire that ripped through a home in Baywood.

The fire started around 9:30 p.m. Sunday on Berrywood Court in Baywood, a community between Deer Park and Brentwood.

Officials say the fire was not under control until after 11:30 p.m.

Four adults and a child were displaced from the home. Two of them, and three volunteer firefighters were hospitalized.

There is no word on the extent of their injuries or what started the fire.
