A lawsuit is being filed against the NYPD after one of its officers allegedly fired at an occupied vehicle in Westchester County.
Police in Pelham say NYPD Officer Brendan Cronin fired at the car Joseph Felice and Robert Borelli were riding in back in late April. Felice was reportedly shot at six times, two of the bullets striking him in the chest, but Borelli was not hit.
Authorities say the incident may have sparked from a case of road rage.
Cronin, who was assigned to the 46th Precinct in the Bronx, was suspended without pay.
