Police are searching for a man accused of inappropriately touching a woman in Sunset Park.

It happened Saturday just before 6 a.m. in front of 126 31 St.

Investigators tell News 12 the 54-year-old victim was walking down the street when the suspect attacked her from behind.

According to police, the victim told them she was walking down the street when the suspect pushed her from behind, knocking her to the ground and put his hands down her pants and began touching her.

Police say he ran off and was last seen walking into a building.

News 12 is told the victim is from Manhattan and was not seriously hurt, but was treated for some minor physical injuries at the scene.
