Newsday: State approves use of familial searching to help ID Gilgo Beach victims

Investigators are getting a new hi-tech tool to help them identify the remaining Gilgo Beach murder victims.
Newsday says state regulators have approved the use of the emerging forensic technique known as "familial searching."
It's a process that can identify family members of victims through DNA databases.
The identities of three of the 10 Gilgo victims are still unknown.
No suspects have been arrested.
