COMMACK - A Wyandanch grandmother is in trouble with the law after allegedly driving drunk with her two granddaughters in the car.Police say 64-year-old Mary Kimbrough was drunk and driving with a missing front tire Friday night. They say her two grandchildren, ages 9 and 11, were in the car with her.Investigators say the children were crying and frantically calling relatives on their cell phone for help while they were in their grandmother's car.Police say Kimbrough has two prior DWI convictions. A judge suspended her license and ordered her to stay away from the kids.

Kimbrough has been charged with felony DWI and endangering the welfare of a child under Leandra's law. She is being held on $20,000 bail.
