WOODMERE - A Woodmere woman was arraigned today for allegedly selling oxycodone in her condominium complex.

Nicole Goldenberg has been charged with selling the prescription drug in May. However, her attorney, Anthony Giordano, insists the charges against his client are without merit.

"I don't think they have any evidence whatsoever to support it," he says. "We're not going to take this type of harassment."

Giordano adds that he will be filing a defamation suit in court this week.

Police say three people suffered overdoses where Goldenberg lives between February and April. Officials say two died at the home and the third later died at the hospital. Investigators, however, have no evidence that Goldenberg had any connection to these deaths.

Goldenberg was released from jail on $50,000 bail.
